Job Responsibilities:
• Administer probate estates in Maryland, the District of Columbia and/or Virginia
• Prepare fiduciary accountings
• Prepare estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns
• Conduct complex tax research projects regarding income tax and estate and gift tax
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of three years of experience administering estates in Maryland, the District of Columbia or Virginia
• Licensed to practice law in Maryland or willing to waive into Maryland
• . in Taxation or enrolled in . program preferred
• Strong understanding of estate planning and probate processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
