Complex Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate should be admitted to practice by the State Bar of California. Must have 3 years of experience practicing in complex civil litigation (class actions, mass actions, and representative actions). Should preferably have experience in mass tort product liability litigation, medical device or pharmaceutical litigation, and or consumer class actions. Should have a strong desire to help the firm's clients obtain justice, the ability to work with a team or alone as necessary, practical civil litigation experience, strong legal research and writing skills, a solid academic background, problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the motivation to succeed.
