Paralegal, Global Structured Products The candidate will be working with other paralegals and attorneys within the Global Structured Products group, focusing on structured notes and other securities, principally working with colleagues in the New York office, and multiple offices across the firm as well. Working with other paralegals and attorneys within the Global Structured Products group, focusing on structured notes and other securities, principally working with colleagues in the New York office, and multiple offices across the firm as well. Should preferably have experience working in a securities and/or banking group. Excellent organizational/project management skills are essential. Flexibility with scheduling and timing for the production of deliverables are required. Attention to detail and thoroughness are essential. Good written and oral communication skills are required. Should be able to build and develop rapport with clients as part of a long-term relationship; good client relationship skills. Must have the ability to manage own time and workflow, and to coordinate multiple assignments.
