Role Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations for the Business Integrity Office globally, related to violations of the company's code of conduct and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage ethics concerns and drive a culture of integrity and proactive risk management.
- Support compliance with ethics-related regulations and disclosures globally.
- Drive key programs for the Business Integrity Office and model Western Union's values and behaviors.
Role Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited school of law and admission to at least one . state bar.
- 3-5 years of experience in investigations within a law firm, government agency, or multinational corporation.
- Experience leading complex investigations, preferably conducted globally.
- Proficiency in data management, data analytics, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skilled listener with the ability to prioritize matters.
- Employment law experience is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
- The base salary range is $160,000 - $187,000 USD per year, with additional short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
