Part-time Paralegal/Legal Assistant Responsibilities: Prepare and propound responses to discovery requests. Interact with clients on their cases. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Assist with the drafting of correspondence. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Record and store client information. Calendaring deadlines.

Qualifications: High school or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a paralegal/legal assistant or in other legal fields. Familiarity with legal research. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. Familiarity with Odyssey e-filing and e-service system. Familiarity with the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and the Eighth District Court Local Rules.
