Fenwick, a top-rated law firm, is looking for a skilled Client Accounting Specialist to join our team. This full-time position can be based in any of our . office locations, including Silicon Valley, New York, San Francisco, Washington ., Seattle, and Santa Monica. With a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, this is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 5+ years of legal billing experience and a Bachelor's degree.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our partners' portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to departmental standards. You will work closely with our finance management team and integrate best practices while delivering excellent service to both our partners and clients. Your duties will include reviewing client and matter set up, monitoring work in progress, producing and distributing prebills, performing billing functions, managing deadlines, actively monitoring accounts receivable balances, and more.

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to handle complex accounts, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and have a strong understanding of legal billing requirements and automated billing systems, such as Aderant expert or CMS.
