Paralegal The candidate will accurately Draft Petitions, Answers, Discovery, Motions, Demands, and other legal documents as needed. Prepare cases for the litigation process, such as scheduling deadlines, hearing, and trial dates. Calendar hearings, depositions and mediations. File the appropriate documents with the court and serve the opposing parties. Assist the Attorney with case management and trial as needed. Continually communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts and mediators. Sort, scan and distribute litigation mail and faxes. Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, subro liens). Negotiate with medical providers and lien holders to dispute charges or obtain reductions. Accurately maintain case management data in Salesforce. Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation. Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is required. Should have 2-3 years of Personal injury experience. Should have 3-5 years of Litigation experience. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Spanish skills are preferred.
