We are looking for a highly motivated Transactional Tax Attorney to join our Business and Corporate team at von Briesen & Roper, . This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team of professionals who are committed to providing exceptional client service. We are currently seeking an attorney with two or more years of experience in transactional tax services, but we will also consider candidates with an accounting degree, CPA, and/or LLM.

Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on business sale transactions and the tax consequences involved
- Provide guidance on real estate sale and other transactions and their tax implications
- Work closely with the Business and Corporate team to meet client needs and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues through strong writing and oral communication skills

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin
- Two or more years of experience in transactional tax services with a law firm or public accounting firm
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passion for providing exceptional client service
