- Responsibilities include identifying and answering complex domestic and international tax issues, providing technical tax advice, building relationships with clients, and developing own knowledge
- Qualifications include bachelor's or graduate degree, progress towards or completion of CPA certification or licensed attorney status, and experience in tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning
- Ideal candidate would have strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment, and willingness to travel when necessary
