Law Firm is seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Shareholder/Partner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned attorney with at least 15 years of experience to join a prestigious law firm and take on a leadership role in our Real Estate department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent drafting skills, and a book of portable business. This is a fast-paced and challenging position that requires someone who can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. As a Real Estate Shareholder/Partner, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex retail leases and purchase agreements, advising clients on real estate strategy, and representing landlords and tenants in leasing transactions. Job Title: Real Estate Shareholder/Partner
Experience: Minimum 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate complex retail and shopping center leases
- Draft and negotiate complex purchase and sale agreements for various types of real estate
- Prepare and review complex real estate documents, including easements and restrictive covenants
- Advise clients on strategy for leasing, acquisition, and real estate litigation matters
- Represent clients in real estate litigation cases
- Provide guidance on zoning and land use issues
- Manage and develop relationships with clients
- Oversee and mentor junior attorneys

Qualifications:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate law
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Book of portable business is required
- Experience representing both landlords and tenants in leasing transactions
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience in real estate litigation is a plus
