We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Counsel to join our team and handle a range of complex and interesting work.

H2: Job Title: Corporate Counsel, Americas

H2: Experience and Skills Required

- 3-5 years PQE in a law firm or global software company
- . degree and membership in at least one US state bar
- Strong commercial/corporate experience with a focus on technology companies
- Ability to identify risk and provide legal advice on a wide range of matters
- Proven contract negotiation, legal research, and analytical skills
- Experience with privacy/data protection, cross-border contracts, and negotiating agreements in the public sector is a plus
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign, and LawVu

H2: Role and Responsibilities

- Serve as a point of contact for technology agreements, partner agreements, and services agreements in the Americas region
- Negotiate contract terms and obtain approvals for modifications as required
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. contracts and standard terms
- Support contract management system and related business processes
- Maintain strong working connection with business partner organizations
- Provide support to the Region Counsel, Americas and other Legal Team leaders
- Assist with special projects as needed

The salary for this position is competitive and will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

H2: Location

This position is based in our Pittsburgh, PA or Herndon/Reston, VA office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may have the option to work remotely for the remaining days of the week.
