Role Responsibilities:
- Work on general finance transactions, securities and capital market transactions, and real estate finance
- Handle commercial real estate lending and securitization, including modifications, workouts, and other servicing transactions

- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver exceptional service and results
Requirements:
- At least 3-6 years of experience in finance and real estate transactions

Compensation:
As required by Illinois law, BCLP has posted an estimated compensation range of $215,000 to $280,000 for an associate with 3-6 years of experience. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skill sets, and market data.
