Paralegal The candidate will draft standard pleadings including answers, third party summonses and complaints, combined discovery demands, stipulations, motions to compel discovery/dismiss for failing to comply, EBT notices, and orders. Processes and follow up on authorizations for the receipt of medical, employment, tax, FOIL and other records. Review and summarize medical records. Summarize transcripts. Trial and EBT preparation. Communicate with experts/IMEs. Bachelor's degree required, Paralegal certificate preferred. 2 years of NV litigation paralegal experience required. Experience with medical malpractice and personal injury preferred. Trial experience desired. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Word required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
