- Base pay: $160,000 - $184,000 per year
- Expected annual salary range (excluding bonus): $153,000 - $181,000
Experience Information:

Job Description:
- Cohen Milstein is seeking junior associates to join their Employee Benefits/ERISA Practice
- The practice represents employees in federal class action lawsuits
- The ERISA practice has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for employees and retirees
- Associates will play an active role in all aspects of litigation, including new case investigation, brief writing, pre-trial discovery, and appearing in federal courts
- ERISA issues are frequently taken up by the . Supreme Court, providing opportunities for involvement in amicus briefing and Supreme Court litigation
- Ideal for someone interested in a career in federal litigation and committed to protecting employees’ rights
Job Requirements:
- 1-4 years of litigation experience (including prior clerkship experience)
- Strong academic background and excellent analytical and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with court-imposed deadlines
Location:
- Washington, . or Minneapolis, MN preferred
- Associates may have the opportunity for remote work depending on their location
