Job Title: Recruiting and Event Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and candidate communications.
- Arrange on-campus recruiting efforts, such as job fairs, networking events, and outreach to law schools.
- Coordinate the summer associate program by planning events, coordinating evaluations, and collecting feedback.
- Plan and execute firm-wide events, including networking receptions, training sessions, social gatherings, and client events.
- Track event budgets to ensure cost-effective planning.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, event planning, or a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems is necessary.
Salary Information:

After successfully completing an initial training period, the employee will be eligible for remote work one day a week.
