Duane Morris LLP, a leading law firm with offices across the United States and internationally, is seeking a Conference Center Coordinator to join their team in Philadelphia. As the Conference Center Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting the Manager of Conference Services with all functions related to the Duane Morris Conference Center. This includes coordinating meeting room set-up, food services, and reception desk coverage. Essential Functions:

- Coordinate all aspects of daily meeting schedules, including food services, equipment delivery, and room configurations.
- Utilize meeting reservation software to monitor conference room bookings and assist personnel with creating or changing reservations.
- Coordinate with Reception to maintain inventory of office supplies in conference rooms and visiting attorney offices.
- Arrange room set-ups and maintain cleanliness and organization of conference rooms.
- Assist guests with copying, scanning, and catering orders as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of related job experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish-English is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on conference center activity.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to anticipate and meet client, attorney, and guest needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with a diverse group of individuals while maintaining confidentiality.
- Outstanding project and time management skills.
- Must be able to lift and move furniture/equipment as needed.
