Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in estate planning and administration (5-8+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of probate estates and estate planning strategies
• Ability to draft sophisticated estate planning documents, including irrevocable trusts
• Excellent client relationship skills and the ability to lead in-person meetings
• Licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Commonwealth of Virginia
