File to Trial Paralegal The candidate should be a Bachelor's degree required with a strong GPA. Strong knowledge in family law. Knowledge of client management systems such as MyCase, Clio or Practice Panther Stability, Knowledge of general office skills including file maintenance, data entry, and business writing. Solid understanding and proficiency in end-to-end civil litigation process including client intake; Filing; Original Petition/Answers; Discovery, Motion practice / Hearing prep; Mediation / ADR; Trial prep; Trial; Closure; Plaintiff side Medical Malpractice - (will consider candidates with strong litigation background and are willing to learn Medmal); and Business / Commercial Litigation (strong litigation background and are willing to learn).
