Qualifications:
- New York bar in good standing is required.
- Litigation and trial experience preferred.
- Must be ambitious, driven, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

At Lois Law Firm, base compensation for attorneys starts at $120,000 with clear fixed bonuses in place. We also set an annual billable budget based on your preferences.

- Represent client interests at virtual hearings and telephonic depositions.
- Counsel clients on emerging issues in litigated matters.
- Prepare exposure analysis and conduct settlement negotiations.
- Consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals.
