About You:
- Passion for digital media and technology
- 5-7+ years of transactional experience as an attorney
- Familiarity with ad transactions and data licensing
- Juris Doctorate from a . accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the State of California or qualify for in-house counsel registration
- Working knowledge of data privacy and consumer protection laws
- Experience with negotiating, drafting, and advising on a variety of agreements
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
