As a Partnership Tax Senior Associate in the Research and Planning department, you will play a crucial role in providing tax advice and guidance to clients, analyzing and researching complex tax problems, and mentoring junior team members. You will also have the opportunity to build and maintain client relationships, develop a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigate complex situations with confidence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in tax services
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law (preferred)
- CPA or Member of the Bar (preferred)
- Familiarity with federal tax laws and regulations
- Knowledge of partnership and international tax concepts
- Experience with tax research using various platforms
- Ability to document positions on complex tax issues
- Understanding of tax consulting and planning
- Familiarity with due diligence
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $54,000 - $184,500
- Annual discretionary bonus may be available
- Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, and vacation
