This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. In addition, the candidate should have the ability to manage multiple, changing priorities and pivot to address critical needs as a matter of course, handle new assignments with little direction, get up to speed, conduct research quickly to provide advice with short turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
