The candidate should have excellent academic credentials with a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field such as mathematics or physics. Must have 3-6 years of patent prosecution experience, including application drafting. Knowledge and experience with other forms of IP are a plus. Must be barred in the state in which they will work. Must be registered with the USPTO.
