Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct case assessments, develop case strategies, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and oversee all aspects of the litigation process.
- Maintain regular communication, explain legal concepts, and guide clients through the legal process.
- Analyze the research findings and apply legal principles to evaluate the merits of a case, identify potential legal issues, and develop effective legal strategies.
- Prepare and review a wide range of legal documents, including complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and other pleadings.
- Gather and review evidence, conduct depositions, and coordinate with experts, investigators, and other professionals to build a strong case.
- Analyze and organize collected evidence for use in negotiations or trial.
