Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney at the law firm specializing in consumer bankruptcy will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities critical to the firm's operations. Key duties include:
- Preparing and filing legal pleadings.
- Petition preparation and review for accuracy and compliance.
- Attending 341 meetings, which are meetings of creditors where the debtor is questioned under oath.
- Participating in confirmation hearings and related legal proceedings.
- Most courtroom appearances will be conducted virtually, or in designated locations such as Baltimore City and Greenbelt.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for this position must be barred in Maryland and admitted to practice before the . District Court for the District of Maryland. The role requires:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience specifically in consumer bankruptcy.
- Prior bankruptcy experience is mandatory for consideration.

Salary Information:
The annual salary for the Associate Attorney position ranges from $80,000 to $130,000. Additional benefits include:
