Who You Are

The ideal candidate for this position is a high performer with 5-6 years of experience in the formation and operation of private funds, including private equity funds, leveraged buyout funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, mezzanine debt funds, and real estate opportunity funds. Strong communication skills, work ethic, and leadership abilities are essential, and candidates must be admitted to the state bar in which they are practicing or eligible to waive in.

Salary Information

The annual salary range for this position is $365,000 to $390,000 in cities/states where the position is performed. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits, and paid holidays.
