The Law Firm's Global Trade Finance practice is seeking a talented and experienced associate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with 4 or more years of structured finance and securitization experience to work on complex and high-profile deals.
The firm represents banks, funds, and other financial institutions in various structured finance transactions, with a focus on trade receivables, inventory, and other trade-related assets. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cross-border deals, off-balance sheet structuring, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance, and more.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in lender-side private warehouse and trade receivables financings, although capital markets experience is a plus. The role is primarily focused on trade receivables securitizations, but the candidate can expect to be involved in other structured financings as well.

- Represent banks, funds, and other financial institutions
- Focus on trade receivables, inventory, and other trade-related assets
- Handle cross-border deals, off-balance sheet structuring, and intercreditor arrangements
- Assist with trade credit insurance and other funding structures
- Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers
- Participate in business development efforts
Qualifications:

- At least 4 years of experience in structured finance and securitization

- Strong understanding of structured finance and securitization transactions
