Senior Analyst, Public Offerings - Remote (Full Time)
The Senior Analyst in Corporate Financing Public Offerings at FINRA is responsible for analyzing complex and high-profile public offering transactions. This is an intermediate-level professional role that requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will also have a JD or MBA and experience or educational background in finance, computer science, data engineering, information systems, querying or reporting.
This role involves ensuring compliance with FINRA and SEC rules, conducting investigations and developing cases related to potential violations, and responding to inquiries from attorneys, members, issuers, and other departments. The Senior Analyst will also support investigations conducted by the Department of Enforcement and may be required to travel occasionally and work extended hours.
The proposed salary range for this role varies based on location, with a minimum of $68,500 for Colorado and Hawaii and a maximum of $146,900 for California and New York. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's skill set, level of experience, and education.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex and high-profile public offering transactions
- Ensure compliance with FINRA and SEC rules
- Conduct investigations and develop cases related to potential violations
- Respond to inquiries from attorneys, members, issuers, and other departments
- Support investigations conducted by the Department of Enforcement
- Prepare and present materials for member conferences and training
- Keep up-to-date on changes in rules and regulations that affect public offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related industry experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- JD or MBA preferred
- Experience or educational background in finance, computer science, data engineering, information systems, querying or reporting preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Competence using a desktop computer with the full suite of office software applications
Working Conditions:
- Work is normally performed in an office environment
- Occasional travel may be required
- Some extended hours may be required
Salary Information:
- California: Minimum of $78,900, Maximum Salary $146,900
- Washington, DC: Minimum Salary $78,900, Maximum Salary $140,800
- Colorado/Hawaii: Minimum Salary $68,500, Maximum Salary $122,300
- New York, NY: Minimum Salary $82,200, Maximum Salary $146,900
- Washington State: Minimum Salary $68,500, Maximum Salary $140,800
