Law firm seeking highly motivated senior derivatives confirmations negotiator with 4+ years of experience in equity and credit derivatives confirmations.

Responsibilities:

- Review, negotiate and draft confirmations for trading and financing arrangements such as ISDA Master Agreements, structured derivatives, prime brokerage, clearing, futures, and repurchase agreements.
- Understand and apply ISDA definitions to confirmations.
- Interact with clients on a regular basis and train junior employees.
- Handle a high volume of equity derivatives confirmation requests, including total return swaps and OTC options.
- Review other types of master confirmations as needed, such as credit, FX, interest rate, and structured derivatives.
- Gain exposure to both the finance and legal industries while working closely with analysts and senior attorneys.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in equity and credit derivatives confirmations.
- Strong understanding of ISDA definitions.
- Highly detail-oriented and responsive.
- Excellent communication skills.
