Key Responsibilities
As an associate in the Private Equity Finance Practice, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documents, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with other practice groups. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers, gaining valuable insights and contributing to the success of the deals.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of one year of experience in borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance. Experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings is preferred. Additionally, you should have excellent academic credentials, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
