Position Summary:
- Seeking a senior leader with experience in partnership agreements, aggregate allocations, and tax compliance for investment partnerships
- Exciting opportunity for a Senior Tax Manager on a growing team
- Must have a solid understanding of Subchapter K, partnership allocation methodologies, and the tax compliance process for investment partnerships
