Aldridge Pite, LLP, a multi-state law firm focused on utilizing technology to improve workflow, is seeking a Fee and Costs Analyst to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare fees and cost quotes for internal and external requests
- Correspond with clients regarding the status and details of quotes
- Communicate with operations and other accounting departments regarding transaction status
- Assist in rebutting refund requests related to quotes
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or default law industry
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to identify and solve issues in a timely manner
- Team player with a willingness to help others
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Strong work ethic and adaptability
