The ideal candidate for the Marketing Manager - Litigation role will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing and business development in a professional services environment. They will also have a Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, business, or a related field. Additionally, experience practicing law in a large law firm is a plus.
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in elevating the brand and services of one of the firm's largest practice groups. You will work closely with practice leadership to enhance awareness of the group's capabilities and successes, both internally and externally. You will also identify, drive, and oversee new business development opportunities and marketing initiatives to achieve the firm's revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans that support the brand strategy and focus on Business and Commercial Litigation practice areas.
- Manage client-centric and data-driven integrated marketing and business development campaigns.
- Lead the implementation of leading-edge marketing tactics across multiple functional areas.
- Understand key business issues and market dynamics to improve messaging and content development.
- Write marketing collateral and business development content, leveraging a strong knowledge of practice capabilities and value proposition.
- Drive an effective strategy for achieving awards and ranking recognition.
- Assist with the onboarding and integration of key laterals and their client base.
- Assist with planning practice meetings and retreats.
- Manage subgroup budgets to align with practice group priorities.
- Measure and track results of marketing programs and report on ROI.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary, with the expected hiring range for this position being $121,732 - $175,962 per year, depending on the candidate's geographic market location. The compensation offered will also depend on the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
