Job Title: MOTIONS - Processor II
Location: Various locations across USA (Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Atlanta, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Las Vegas, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Spokane, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington) with remote work options
Salary: Hourly pay, commensurate with experience
Experience: Law firm experience preferred, but not required. Bankruptcy or mortgage servicing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Review daily reports to ensure efficient and timely handling of files
- Review information and documents to determine necessary referrals
- Prepare Motions for Relief from Stay, Assignments, and Reaffirmation Agreements
- Provide support to paralegals, management, and attorneys
- Assist with additional projects as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate with attorneys and interpret client systems
- Proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
- Organized and able to multitask
