Job Title: Assistant District Attorney - Special Prosecutions Division

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume caseload of felony cases involving special victim's cases, including domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, elder abuse, and human trafficking.
- Appear regularly in Superior Court, both in person and virtually, to handle various court proceedings.
- Present cases to the Grand Jury and prosecute trials in Superior Court, handling responsibilities such as discovery, certifying case readiness, witness preparation, motions practice, and courtroom litigation.
- Attend and/or conduct forensic interviews of children at the Child Advocacy Center.
- Staff court calendars.
- Investigate child fatalities and confer cases with the County Child Fatality Review Team.
- Attend meetings of various community-oriented multidisciplinary teams and speak at educational forums related to the community.
