Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other transaction documents
- Meet day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients
- Play a lead role as an extension of client business teams in a team-oriented and dynamic environment

Qualifications:
- 4th-5th year attorney with experience in private equity and M&A
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and project management skills

Salary and Benefits:
- Expected annual pay range of $310,000 - $365,000
- Final offer amount dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset
