Law Firm Seeking Managed Care Litigation Associate in Los Angeles

We are currently seeking a CA-licensed attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our industry-focused team in Los Angeles. Our team handles a wide range of cutting-edge matters, including litigation, class actions, compliance, and regulatory work for managed care companies throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:

- Represent leading managed care companies in complex commercial disputes, class actions, compliance matters, and more
- Serve as the point person on litigation and counseling matters, coordinating with other associates and staff and acting as client contact
- Manage multiple cases and/or regulatory and compliance matters

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing of the California State Bar
- 2-5 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration
- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managed care or healthcare is required

Salary Information: $235,000 - $365,000

Reed Smith is offering a highly competitive salary for this position, with a range of $235,000 to $365,000. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including location and experience.
