Responsibilities:

- Structure, negotiate, and effectuate corporate transactions
- Demonstrate business savvy, strategic thinking, and strong communication and collaboration skills
- Draft and negotiate various types of agreements related to mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and commercial matters
- Manage due diligence and deal processes, as well as outside counsel
- Work collaboratively with internal clients to identify and resolve issues
- Provide legal advice and support throughout the acquisition process
- Work with internal business partners and outside counsel on general corporate matters

Must-Haves:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in complex mergers and acquisitions
- Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation
- Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to balance business and legal risks and provide counsel accordingly
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fashion, retail, and/or entertainment industries is a plus

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year
