Summary:

Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer to join their team. This technical role will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing client-facing cloud-based applications and solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, with a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience and a Microsoft 365 Developer Associate or similar certification. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and support client-facing cloud-based applications and solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to draft requirements and identify functional specifications for projects.
Maintain knowledge of firm's Information Security policies and approval processes related to Microsoft 365 and other cloud technologies.
Monitor assigned solutions and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Provision solutions for approved users and maintain user life cycle processes.
Stay current with the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.
Recommend and implement improvements on Microsoft 365 technologies.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Other duties as deemed appropriate by manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Minimum four years of relevant professional experience.
Experience with SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
Experience with programming languages and REST APIs.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Microsoft 365 Developer Associate or similar certification.
Experience with Azure services and other cloud platforms.
