H2: Position Overview
As a Legal Assistant in our Trusts and Estates Section, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Attorneys and liaising with our clients. This position requires a responsible and organized professional with a strong drive to serve and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also have substantive knowledge of Estate Planning, Trust/Probate, and/or Medi-Cal benefits. This is a demanding and fast-paced position, but also extremely rewarding.

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess the following:
Ability to work closely with clients in a patient and compassionate manner
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills on the phone as well as in person
Detail oriented and organized, ability to manage own caseload and meet deadlines
Ability to gather, organize and analyze asset information
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
Excellent oral communication, interpersonal, written communication and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
Notary Public or Ability to Obtain
