Estates Planning Paralegal The candidate will customized estate planning. Will assist in probate and trust administration. Gift and estate tax returns. Entity formation, governance, and administration. Basic real estate transactions and deeds. Taxation and exempt organizations. Charitable and business succession planning; an Inter-generational wealth transfer. A Baccalaureate degree and certificate from a well-accredited paralegal training program are preferred.
