Job Description
As a Product Owner at Morgan & Morgan, you will have the opportunity to define the vision and roadmap for our product line and lead a team to ensure successful execution. You will also be responsible for managing and delivering IT projects for the firm, working closely with various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for the product line
- Lead a team and manage their project pipeline
- Deliver products and features efficiently
- Measure the success of the product and iterate quickly
- Develop, manage, and deliver IT projects
- Communicate complicated solutions clearly

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or project management
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft/M365 products, or voice services
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change
Nice to Have
- Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms
- Experience managing a team
- Scrum/Agile certifications
- PMP certification
