Immigration Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate should preferably have 3 years of experience. A degree in paralegal studies is a plus. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, able to read and write in Spanish. Must be able to handle a consular process case from start to finish, and also be able to draft basic legal pleadings with correct headings, captions and grammar.
