Responsibilities:
- Provide a defense for a variety of property and personal injury claims for businesses and individuals who may be insured or self-insured
- Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Represent defendants in significant exposure cases in various general liability areas
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys within the firm to excel in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all aspects of work

Qualifications:
- Admission to the Nevada Bar
- Strong research and writing skills
- Substantive litigation experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
