About the Role:
- Wide array of legal experience, including litigation, corporate governance, and commercial agreements
- Expertise in data privacy and cyber security
- Solutions-oriented and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize projects
- Experience with improving systems and processes

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to review and negotiate contracts
- Provide practical advice on transactional data privacy and cybersecurity matters
- Conduct risk assessments for new products and initiatives
- Manage litigation and respond to subpoenas
- Assist with corporate governance functions

Success in 90 days:
- Created playbook for sales team to make changes to contract templates
- Managing a docket of litigation and able to pull relevant data
- Established system for compliance with regulations
- Supporting legal function and advising in various areas

Requirements:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with litigation and data privacy/cybersecurity
- Ability to take ownership and manage projects independently
- Comfort with complexity and ambiguity
- Agility and flexibility to take on new tasks

Preferable:
- Prior in-house experience at a technology company
- Intellectual property expertise
- CIPP/US certification

Salary:
