Job Title: Mid-Senior Level Private Equity Associate
Location: Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis, Philadelphia, New York City, Washington, .
Salary Range: $275,000 - $365,000 (depending on experience)
Experience: Law firm experience with private equity transactions and client interaction

Responsibilities:

Work with middle market private equity funds, family offices, and independent sponsors on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attorneys from different offices.
Participate in business development activities.
Receive training and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Serve as responsible attorney on M&A transactions.
Engage in relationship building with clients.

Requirements:

Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
Law firm experience with private equity transactions and direct client interaction.
Undergraduate degree in business.
Licensed to practice since 2020 or earlier.
Excellent law school and undergraduate credentials and references.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Team-oriented mentality.
Motivated self-starter with a keen interest in professional development and relationship building.
