# Complex Commercial Litigation Associate at Law Firm

Law Firm is currently seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate to join its team in San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-5 years of sophisticated litigation experience in commercial, business and employment matters.

## Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice and guidance on complex litigation matters
* Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery
* Conduct legal research and analysis
* Represent clients in court proceedings
* Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
* California bar admission
* 2-5 years of sophisticated litigation experience
* Strong research and writing skills
* Ability to work independently
* Positive presence and advocacy ability
* Stellar academics and research skills
* Entrepreneurial drive and initiative
* White collar experience a plus

## Compensation

The target annual pay range for this role in Palo Alto is $220,000-$285,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Law Firm's total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
