Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial finance transactions.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in structuring and documenting secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders.
- Proficiency in commercial mortgage transactions, leveraged acquisition financings, asset-based financings, and opinion letters.
- Familiarity with a variety of financial institutions and ability to provide legal advice and support to lending, finance, and investment banking/advisory clients.
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents related to finance transactions.

- Representing lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and institutional investors in various commercial finance transactions.
- Handling asset-based finance, cash flow finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, and structured finance.
- Collaborating with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Salary and Benefits:
