This role will work closely with the Chief Business Development Officer and firm leadership to drive the firm's marketing, communications, and branding strategies forward in alignment with the firm's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends and target audience behavior, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Chief Business Development Officer to develop a long-term marketing plan that effectively communicates the firm's value proposition and engages target audiences.
- Manage and inspire a strong team of marketing and communications professionals, assisting with hiring and ongoing management.
- Oversee media and social media relations strategy, ensuring consistency and successful deployment.
- Continually evaluate and improve the firm's marketing technology infrastructure, collaborating with the CIO to establish appropriate systems.
- Maintain and update the firm's website, optimizing for web and SEO.
- Oversee global event schedule and manage resources accordingly.
- Support team training and professional development objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing and/or business development in a professional services firm.
- Experience working directly with senior management in a professional services firm preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to manage teams and projects while building rapport with stakeholders.
- Strong budget planning and management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Salary Information:
- Compensation range of $195,000 to $244,000 based on experience and qualifications.
- Salary will be determined based on internal equity, experience, specialty, and training.
