- Ensure legal documents are drafted to meet client's needs and recommendations
- Quote fees and handle client engagement process
- Complete necessary forms and accept payments
- Use task management system to stay organized and respond to correspondence
- Review draft of estate plan and conduct review with client
- Assess opportunities to refer client to financial advisor
- Respond to client phone calls and emails
- Keep detailed notes of all meetings and communication
- Attend regular meetings with colleagues and staff
- Other projects as assigned
